Delivery of Framed/Mounted Works Ready for Hanging
Take to Espacio Gallery (159 Bethnal Green Road London E2 7DG) on Sunday 22 January between 19.00 and 20.00 or Monday 23 January between 9.00 and 11.00
Collect from Espacio Gallery on Sunday 29 January between 17.00 and 19.00
We do not have access to the Gallery outside these times.
If it is impossible for you to arrange delivery and collection at these times you can deliver/collect from drop-off points in St Albans or Chislehurst. You should make arrangements for this as soon as possible and certainly no later than 12 January. For St Albans contact LIP Secretary at secretary@londonphotography.org.uk. For Chislehurst contact LIP Teasurer at treasurer@londonphotography.org.uk.

Payment of Hanging Fees
Hanging fee is £15 per work (eg £45 for 3 images) selected for hanging payable by 15 January. Please use PayPal link or see HOW TO ENTER for alternative payment methods.
Mounting/Framing and Size of Works
It would be very helpful if you could email LIP Treasurer as soon as possible when you have reasonably firm ideas about how your works will be mounted/framed and expected finished size. The maximum size of individual works is specified as 61cm on longest dimension including frame. However, it may be possible to hang a few works a little larger than this by prior arrangement.
Catalogue and Captions
By default your works will be captioned on the wall and/or catalogue with your name and a few words from the comments you made on initial submission. If you want to give specific titles for images or ‘from the series…’ and give a contact(just one of email, IG etc address) please email LIP Treasurer treasurer@londonphotography.org.uk.
