The second online meeting of the Crossing Lines group was held on 7 October and hosted on Zoom. The format again was two sessions of 40 minutes with a presentation and Q&A session in each. This month’s presentations considered contested urban renewal and housing in South London (Frédérique Bellec) and collaging traces of former French penal colonies (Claire Reddleman). Twelve people joined and while the 40 minute Zoom limit shortened the discussions from developing as they might this was another excellent and thought provoking Crossing Lines evening.

The next meeting of Crossing Lines will be on 4 November 2020 at 6.00pm via Zoom.
