Welcome to the LIP Street and Documentary Group 2026.
New from 2024, this group has grown from the Shoreditch Group but has now renamed as a topic rather than a locality group and meets mostly on-line. We are a friendly group that encompasses street and documentary photography. We view ‘street’ in its widest sense including candid, street portraits, spontaneous images captured in the public realm (that don’t even include people), UK and anywhere in the world. Work can be ‘classic’ or ‘fine art’ all welcome. We like people to bring work that is developing towards a project, even if its in its very earliest conceptual stages, the intention being to give constructive feedback, or to encourage the development of themes of personal work and an individual style.

Meetings will be monthly on zoom at 7-8.30pm on the 4th Monday of the month. Except May.
