Our March Meeting was largely a discussion arising from the photographs taken on the Greenwich evening walk and shown at the Feb meeting.   Carol’s are daylight aspects of the the Thames, Judy’s a mix of other Thames photos and mine, nothing to do with the Thames: three were taken on a bus ride between Hunstanton and King’s Lynn the fourth, Night Jar, from an evening walk along the Southbank probably in 2013.

Among the points we discussed were cropping and other editing tools, altering/enhancing the mood of photographs by converting to B/W and blurringissues of evening photography with and without tripods, composing a picture or focusing on a subject within the photograph, influences on our photography with particular mention of Cartier Bresson and artists in other media (e.g. Edward Hopper).
